About me
I've been a mental health professional in Arizona for over a decade and have had the opportunity to work in diverse settings. I've worked as a clinical therapist at an in-patient psychiatric hospital, Residential Treatment Centers for behavioral health and substance abuse, Community Mental Health Clinics, and now in private practice. I have provided therapy and psychoeducation to individuals, couples, families, and groups. When I'm not helping others, you can find me hiking local trails, baking sweets, gardening, enjoying sports, reading, and watching random shows and movies I love to share.
Helping my patients find their way is fulfilling. It's often a journey of self-discovery while finding a way to move forward. It's a privilege to support others as they work through challenges, including anxiety, relationship issues, depression, trauma, and the obstacles that can come with ADHD.
