About me
I've been a mental health professional for over a decade and have had the opportunity to work in diverse settings. I've worked as a clinical therapist at an in-patient psychiatric hospital, Residential Treatment Centers for behavioral health and substance abuse, Community Mental Health Clinics, and now in private practice. I have provided therapy and psychoeducation to individuals, couples, families, and groups. When I'm not helping others I like to nerd out on random science facts, visit family in San Diego and explore new things.
Helping my patients find their way is fulfilling. It's often a journey of self-discovery while finding a way to move forward. It's a privilege to support others as they work through challenges, including anxiety, relationship issues, depression, trauma, and the obstacles that can come with ADHD.
